On July 1, 2025, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of The Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held. During the meeting, detailed presentations were delivered regarding the Agency’s activities, strategic goals, and plans for the upcoming period.

A report on ARKA’s activities up to May 2, 2025, was presented at the meeting. The report highlighted collaborations established locally and internationally, support provided to film projects, and reforms implemented in the field of cinematography.

Within the framework of the event, presentations covering the main activity directions for the next period were showcased. These presentations included ARKA’s activity plan for the second half of 2025, planned initiatives in the field of digitalization, the financial plan for 2025, financial forecast for 2026, as well as proposals on cooperative operational mechanisms for film institutions and corresponding improvements to administrative management.

A thorough discussion was held regarding the Agency’s future directions and the agenda items of the meeting. The Supervisory Board highly appreciated the effort put into the presentations and provided recommendations concerning the Agency’s future activities.
