According to the rules of the film project competition announced by the Ministry of Culture and the Film Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARKA) on July 18, 2023, the final results of the film projects applied to the Appeals Commission have been announced.

The commission evaluated the scenarios that differ in terms of content regarding the presented projects as acceptable. In addition, it was decided to provide financial support as an investor from the ARKA side to 50 percent or more of the projects with commercial potential.

The following film projects received a positive opinion from the Appeals Commission:

"Rakurs Film-Media", "A man like me" - full-length feature

"Karvan production", "Agalı" - full-length feature

"Rog Vfx Studio", "With love from Orion" - short fiction

"Vetan TV Media Company", "War's eyes" - short documentary

"Oscar Film", "Shusha talks and shows" - short documentary

"Unity cinema studio", "I want a fairy tale!" - short animation

It should be noted that the production of the films will be started after signing the contract with the production companies owned by the film projects passed by the commission.

In addition, financial funds have been paid to the production companies that won the film project competition.
